Since 1987, Air Master Equipments Emirates L.L.C(HVAC Manufacturing Company in UAE) has been operating in the middle east and the sub-continent. Over the decades we have engaged in the manufacturing of quality Air distribution, Air control and Fire safety products for the air-conditioning industry. We have also branched out into different areas of the construction industry in the past few years. We have an exclusive division for the manufacturing of Tapes and Adhesives for HVAC and Packaging industry. And also have a state of the art facility for the manufacturing of Fire rated steel and Acoustic doors .  Air Master Equipments Emirates is the manufacturer & supplier of HVAC products like Grilles And Registers, Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Fire and Safety, Tapes & Insulation, VAV & Silencer, Sheet Metal Ducting and Firedoor.  Airmaster introduced five new anti-covid products to help support the global fight against the pandemic which are  Pedal Operated Touch free hand sanitizer dispenser(Hand sanitizer stand), Face shield, Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser, Sanitizing Booth – 5 In 1 Anti Covid Products Organizer and Sanitizing Tunnel.

Our progressive growth is attributed to the hands-on approach by the top management. We currently operate 8 manufacturing facilities with a highly trained workforce, led by a team of experienced managers and engineers thus ensuring delivery of quality engineered products to meet the busy schedule of our customers.

Our History

Air Master Equipments Emirates LLC was established in the year 1987 with the prime focus of manufacturing quality, reliable and affordable air distribution products for buildings equipped with central air conditioning systems. From a humble beginning with less than 5 employees in a small shed, we currently manage over 300 skilled workforce with 8 manufacturing facilities in different facilities across the G.C.C. solely dedicated to providing our customers with the best quality products.

Airmaster Equipments Emirates LLC is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. This enhances our reliability, commitment, quality, and business ethics. All our air distribution products are tested by ETL testing services in accordance with the following standards

ANSI/ASHRAE 70-1991 “Method of Testing for Rating the Performance of Air Outlets and Inlets”.

  1. ADC Test Code 1062-GRD84,”Test Code for Grilles, Registers and Diffusers”.
  2. ISO3741 “Acoustic – Determination of Sound Power Levels of Noise Sources – Precision Methods for Broadband Sources in Reverberation Rooms”.
  3. ISO5219 “Air Distribution and Air Diffusion – Laboratory Aerodynamic Testing and Rating of Air Terminal Devices”.
    Air performance and sand retention tests have been performed on air master Louvers in accordance with AMCA standards to ensure its performance, sand retention and efficiency.

Air Master Volume Control Dampers have been tested in accordance with AMCA standards to ensure air performance and minimum leakage. Volume control dampers as fabricated as per DW144 standards.

Air master curtain type and motorized Fire Dampers (vertical and horizontal installation) are UL classified for 1 and ½ hours and 3 hours fire rating (based on model).

Air master Fire Doors (Single & Double Swing type doors) are UL classified for 2 hour fire rating.

Air Master Sound attenuators and variable air volume terminals are tested at ETL Laboratories for insertion loss and air performance.

In addition to this, all our products undergo quality inspections before delivery to ensure quality, excellence and customer satisfaction.
