Acrylic Duct Sealant [ 32 – 17 ]

PROPERTIES

Curing rate: Full cure 3 – 5 days depending on thickness, ambient temperature and humidity. Lower temperatures and high humidity will result in a slower rate of cure. Shelf life: 12 months Skinning time: Skin forms after approximately 7 minutes at 23°C @ 55% RH. Lower temperatures and high humidity will result in skinning times being increased. Working time: Approximately 5 minutes.

Description

“air master” 32-17 is a high quality, water based acrylic emulsion adhesive sealant specially developed for HVAC ductwork sealing. Due to its water-borne formulation, it is safe to use in all normal conditions. Easy to apply, easy to clean-ups, Non-toxic and non-flammable.

Available in 310 ml cartridges.

Air master 32-17 Acrylic Duct Sealant its an economical high performance, water based duct sealant designed for use in high, medium and low velocity duct system. It is environmentally safe and contains no hazardous ingredient. Air master 32-17 has a creamy consistency that allows for excellent coverage. It cure to tough, tack-fre flexible sealant that can withstand handling and with vibration. Air master 32-17 provides excellent strength, Flexibility and resistance to heat and cold, forming a seal against air leakage. Available with Gray & White colour.
